Founded in 2001, Shijiazhuang Xudong Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is strategically located in the Shijiazhuang High-Tech Development Zone, the capital city of Hebei Province. Boasting a prime location and exceptionally convenient transportation links, the company occupies a 20,000-square-meter production facility and features a comprehensive 3,000-square-meter office and R&D building. From its inception, the company has primarily focused on manufacturing non-standard components such as various types of spiral blades and specialized screw conveyor shafts. Over the years, through steady growth and innovation, we have expanded our product portfolio to include cutting-edge, intelligent, automated logistics handling systems, bulk material conveying equipment, and a wide range of customized mechanical solutions—marking a significant leap into new product categories. Today, we stand as a high-end manufacturing enterprise dedicated to providing customers with a one-stop service that encompasses product design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and technical consulting—all seamlessly integrated under one roof.

Currently, our company boasts 10 professional design and technical personnel, including 4 senior engineers, and 80 highly skilled frontline employees. We are equipped with a wide range of advanced production equipment, such as large-scale laser cutting machines, massive plasma gantry cutting systems, as well as various CNC lathes, large-capacity universal machine tools, CNC boring and milling centers, large external cylindrical grinders, boring machines, edge-bending machines, heavy-duty hydraulic presses, punching machines, and a variety of MIG/MAG welders, TIG welders, laser welding machines, continuous rolling blade formers, spin-forming blade machines, and winding blade formers—totaling over 100 sets of equipment. This robust infrastructure enables us to deliver exceptional capabilities in manufacturing non-standard products.

Our company’s production structure comprises six major manufacturing units: the Continuous Rolling Blade Workshop, the Split Spin-Forming Blade Workshop, the Winding Blade Workshop, the Metal Structure Workshop, the Machining Workshop, and the Final Assembly Workshop. Currently, our company’s key products include spiral blades, various types of screw auger shafts, diverse transmission shaft components, intelligent automated logistics handling systems, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, rotary drum dryers, large-scale washing and sorting machines, and a wide range of bucket elevators—among others. These products are primarily used in the manufacturing of parts for industries such as agricultural and livestock machinery, environmental protection equipment, construction machinery, mining and metallurgical equipment, chemical processing machinery, and food processing machinery. Additionally, we offer customized non-standard mechanical solutions, automated logistics coating services, and tailored machinery solutions to meet specific customer needs.
